parents?

Why is evrything a parent does the right thing to do? It's only the right thing to do because they say it is. How about having a day where the kids make the rules and the parents follow them, because it's the right thing to do. I cant stand having my mother bad mouth me and I just cant stand there and take it. I know the right thing to do is take her BS and let it slide but that is one of the hardest things to do and it gets me evry time. It's hard for me to control the beast inside and let stupid shit go because I know she shouldn't be saying things like that, so why shouldn't I?
